Greg Sleter is the executive editor/associate publisher of Store Brands, overseeing the direction of the brand’s editorial coverage through its digital and print channels. He is also host of the Store Brands Spotlight podcast that was launched in 2022.



With more than 25 years of experience covering retail, Greg has reported a number of monumental changes seen in the industry that includes the growth of digital shopping, the latest product trends across a number of key categories and the ever-changing behavior of consumers.

Matt Koloseike is currently The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Drylock Technologies, Ltd. Drylock is a leading provider of personal hygiene products protecting people and the environment through continuous innovation on a global basis. In this role, Matt and his team of experts focus on serving the industry and consumer needs across retail and healthcare with specific emphasis on adult incontinence, baby care and feminine hygiene.
Prior to his tenure at Drylock Technologies, Matt spent 24 years as a business leader across multiple categories with Procter and Gamble, most recently serving as Chief Sales Leader of P&G Professional, North America leading cleaning and hygiene solutions across healthcare, food service, education, and the hospitality industries. Matt has a passion for innovation and exceeding consumer expectations. He has a relentless passion for innovation, sustainability and improving the overall personal hygiene experience.
Outside of Drylock, Matt serves on The Board – Center for Respite Care in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been an active competitive swimming coach for 25 years. Matt also is a retired Naval Aviator (Reserve) and a former Commanding Officer of Tow Naval Reserve Units. Matt resides in Florida with his wife Beth when he is not travelling to Drylock U.S. Headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Mohamed Abaas

Mohamed Abaas has a Ph.D. in sustainable engineering in 2023 from Villanova University. Mohamed is a chemical engineer that focuses on sustainability operations and strategies in the industrial sector. During his Ph.D., Mohamed worked with Several companies in developing waste management plans, lifecycle assessments for their paper products as well as renewable energy transition plans. On the other hand, Mohamed's core focus is on emerging tech applications in microgrids and published on Blockchain applications in smart grid systems as well as machine learning models for power outage prediction. Mohamed also received the Fulbright scholarship in 2017.

Doug Yolen

Doug is currently the Vice President for Media at Circana, overseeing Center of Store accounts. He joined Circana after 6.5 years in a number of roles at Meta, most recently leading CPG Client Insights. He first started in the industry as an analyst at Nielsen, running Marketing Mix Models for large CPG brands. Doug earned his MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in media and marketing. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering degree and minor in statistics from Columbia.

Adam Wozniak

Adam Wozniak is a plastic industry veteran with degrees in Chemestry and Marketing from Loyola University, Chicago. Adam is presently the Senior Manager of Sustanability from Amco Polymers and currently on the HPRC Advisory Council and Plastics Industry Association Recycling Committee. Previous roles include Product Development Manager, VP Application Development, and was responsible for design support from product inception to product launch, unbiased material selection, custom compounding, and material development.

Dawn Nowicki

Dawn Nowicki is the Vice President of Marketing for MRP Solutions where she is primarily focused on supporting sales and Innovation & Technology by integrating the market/customer trends and needs with MRP’s strategy to delight the customer. She has a diverse background in packaging and Healthcare serving in a variety of roles from Engineering, Quality, Sales and Marketing in both Glass and Plastic Packaging having formerly worked for Owens-Illinois, Rexam, Priority Plastics, and Eli Lilly. Dawn has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Abby Ayers joined Fair Trade USA in 2016 and serves as the Senior Director of Retail Partnerships. In this capacity, she works with Fair Trade’s retail partners to create actionable plans to make and get credit for Fair Trade commitments and celebrate those with associates, investors, and customers. Abby supports retailers in developing private brand programs, creating sustainability goals and commitments, sourcing certified national brands, and promoting these items to drive business results. At Fair Trade she supports over 80 retailers across 13 Channels. Abby brings 10+ years of retail experience and is known as a brand Launcher. Prior to Fair Trade USA, she supported private brand development at Kroger, supporting the launch of the Simple Truth Organic brand- the largest organic brand in the world, and HemisFares- an ultra-premium import brand as well as the Sunless Inc. skincare line, Evolv Sunless. Abby earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Strategic Communication from the Ohio State University, as well as an Executive MBA from Cleveland State University. She has been named one of Progressive Grocer’s inaugural GenNext Award winners and a Women of Influence in the Food Industry.
